Welcome tenants to the Edge at Reno. The Edge at Reno consists of 67 Condominium designed for the student in mind. Each unit consists of at least two master bedroom master bathrooms with walk in closets. There are two, three, and four bedroom floor plans available. The Edge at Reno is the affordable alternative to student housing, close to the University of Nevada at Reno, and provides amenities students expect in an affordable upscale community. New to the Edge at Reno is Poolside Wireless. Relax at the pool and use the wireless Internet to write that dissertation.

All tenants in a common community such as a condominium association should be familiar with the rules and regulations of the community, the community community rules, and Nevada State (NRS 116) law regarding condominium associations.
